Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is also called therapy, psychotherapy or talk therapy. It is a process which allows clients to work one-on-one with a trained counselor in a safe, caring, and confidential space. Counselors help clients explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging memories, improve quality of life, become more self-aware and compassionate, set personal goals, and inspire change.
